1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Looperbox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
3. The service
Looperbox lets producers (“creators”) publish audio loops, samples, and packs, and lets users discover, stream, and download them. The service is provided “as is” and may change over time.
4. Content and licenses
- Your content (creators). You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you grant Looperbox a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, stream, display, and distribute it through the platform. You confirm you hold all rights necessary to do this.
- Downloads (users). Each download is governed by the usage agreement shown at download time. Licensing terms vary per item (content is not uniformly royalty-free), so review the agreement for each loop or pack before use.
5. Fees
The platform is currently free to use. We may introduce paid loops, packs, or features in the future; any fees and their terms will be presented clearly before you incur them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you do not have the rights to;
- infringe others' intellectual property;
- redistribute or resell downloaded content outside the terms of its usage agreement;
- misuse, scrape, or disrupt the platform;
- upload unlawful or harmful material.
7. Intellectual property
The Looperbox name, branding, and software are our property. These Terms grant you no rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. Content licenses you granted for already-distributed downloads survive termination as needed to honor those downloads.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Looperbox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be noted with a new “Last updated” date.
